1. Services Offered

We provide:

• Bike and kickbike rentals (electric and classic)
  
  
• Private and group tours in Barcelona
  
  

2. Booking & Payment

• Book online or in-store
  
  
• Payment is made on-site before service
  
  
• All prices include VAT
  
  

3. Deposits

• Electric Bikes: €150 deposit (regardless of rental duration)
  
  
• City Bikes / Kickbikes: €50 deposit (only for full-day rentals)
  
  

Deposits are refunded after safe return of equipment.

4. Insurance

• Mandatory for e-bikes: €5 (1–4h), €8 (1 day)
  
  
• Optional for others: €2 (1–4h), €5 (1 day)
  
  

5. Cancellations

• Private Tours: Cancel 24h in advance for a full refund
  
  
• Group Tours / Rentals: No cancellation needed, but please let us know
  
  

6. Responsibilities

Riders must:

• Follow local traffic laws
  
  
• Use the provided safety equipment
  
  
• Return equipment in good condition
  
  

We are not liable for accidents caused by negligence or misuse.
